EMVA Business Conference 2019
Meik Wiking to give Keynote

Every year the EMVA brings together business leaders and technical experts within the machine vision industry from Europe and around the world with a well-balanced mixture of high-level speeches and networking opportunities.

After two days having addressed the topics which matter in our industry like vision technology and innovations, applications, markets and standardisation, in good tradition the conference closing keynote broadens the view to a different issue:

Happy Employees through Hygge

These years happiness is emerging as the new measure of progress. The keynote explores how we can measure happiness, why some people are happier than others, why Scandinavia often top the global happiness rankings and how we can convert wealth into well-being.

Meik Wiking is the CEO of the think tank The Happiness Research Institute, which focuses on well-being, happiness, and quality of life. Meik is also research associate for The World Database of Happiness, Member of The Policy Synthesis Committee of The Global Happiness Policy Report and a New York Times Bestselling Author. His books have been translated into more than 35 languages.

The 17th edition of the EMVA Business Conference will take place 16-18 May 2019 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Join in now at www.business-conference-emva.org
